If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund and return policy to ensure your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable. 1. General Return Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products (live plants), we do have specific guidelines in place regarding returns and refunds. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
- Condition of Items: Plants or products being returned should be in their original condition. If the plant is damaged due to mishandling or poor care after it leaves our store, we cannot accept a return.
- Timeliness: Returns or refunds must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
2. Conditions for Plant Returns
Due to the perishable nature of plants, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Plants: If your plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@vibehato.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a return or replacement based on your preference. Please provide photos of the damaged plant as evidence when contacting us.
Incorrect Plant: If we send you the wrong plant or product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the wrong item.
Health and Quality Concerns: If a plant arrives in poor health or is not as described, we will accept the return or exchange. To qualify, you must submit clear photos of the plant upon receipt. We will evaluate the condition of the plant and determine if it qualifies for a return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Discounted or Final Sale Items: Any items purchased during a sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
4. Return Process
If your item meets the conditions for return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to us via info@vibehato.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Return Authorization: Once we confirm that your return is valid, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during the return shipping process. If you are returning a plant, it must be well-protected and not exposed to extreme temperatures during transit.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund or replacement.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the original purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card. For other payment methods, refunds will be processed accordingly.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
